Message from Executive Chairman

Dear Friends,

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I extend my hearty welcome to you to the Message of Hope Nepal, a faith-based ministry to expand the kingdom of God.

The Message of Hope (MOH) was established in 2006 with the main objective of reaching the people of Nepal and beyond with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through national media such as Radio and Television.

Using media such as Radio and Television to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ in Nepal was forbidden for many generations, as Nepal was known as the only Hindu Kingdom in the world. This continued till 2006 AD when Nepal declared as secular state which gave a considerable freedom to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and allowed us to use the government owned national media to do so.

Message of Hope was then registered as NGO with the government of Nepal. Ever since, MOH has been broadcasting the Gospel message through social media.

Apart from radio ministry MoHN has been publishing devotional books called the Word for Today (आजको वचन) every quarter since 2014. The purpose of this book is to help the Christian in their spiritual growth on daily basis.

Also, we have been able to start a Television program Wastabikata, (वास्तविकता, The Reality) since 2016. Currently, it airs every Saturday morning at 6:30 am for 25 minutes through NTV (Nepal Television).

It is encouraging to receive many letters from our listeners every month and to know that many of them are receiving Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
